You can participate in the conference by sharing your research findings with a poster presentation.
Abstract and Poster Guidelines
- Poster abstract submissions due Friday, July 21.
- Submit abstract through registration.
- Abstract must be 250 words.
- Poster dimensions must be maximum of 36 inches high by 36 inches wide.
- There is no template for the poster. Use your creativity.
Poster Display and Presentation
- Author will bring their poster printed to the conference.
- Author will provide their own velco, pins or tape to secure poster to display boards.
- Setup for posters will begin at noon on Thursday, Aug. 10.
- Times for presenters to stand by posters (odd vs even numbers) will be available by Aug. 7.
- All presenters must be present by their poster during their scheduled time.
One or two poster abstracts will be selected by the respective oral session chairs for an opportunity to present research outcomes.
Conference Program Book will be uploaded to SOY2023.UNL.EDU by Aug. 8.
